Is there a commission on bookings?
No. The subscription is the whole price. What a couple pays for a booking goes to the business, on the terms the business set.
What does the trial include?
Everything in the plan, for the first 14 days. The listing is live from the day it is approved; the first charge comes at the end of the trial.
Is there only one plan?
For now. Premium is the plan every business starts on while the platform launches; when others are added they will appear here and in the dashboard.
Can we cancel?
Yes, from the dashboard, at any time. The listing stays live to the end of the period already paid for.
Why do we need a trade licence?
Couples book with real money on the strength of a listing. Our team reads every licence before a listing goes live; that check is most of what "verified" means in the app.
How is the subscription paid?
By card, from the business dashboard on the web. Subscriptions are managed there and not inside the mobile app.
